Pretty psychedelic movie that takes place in Christchurch. Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh adapted the screenplay from one of the girl's diary (and won an Oscar for it). It's based on a true story. Maybe if you watch it you'll feel closer to us, as this is a fair representation of everyday New Zealand life.
